I grew up in South Africa and moved to the United States in 1986 to pursue the American Dream. I hold a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.A. in Business Management from the University of Puget Sound (1991). Since graduating, I’ve been an entrepreneur, first in the scuba diving industry where I worked closely with the public as both an educator, retailer, inventor,  guide and ultimately developer.

In 2008, I relocated from San Fransisco to the San Diego area and transitioned into real estate. Over the years, I’ve built deep experience in residential and commercial transactions, including short- and long-term rentals, fix-and-flip projects, second home investments, fractional investments and senior housing. I specialize in helping buyers and investors find single-family homes that either become beloved primary residences or generate immediate cash flow and long-term appreciation.

Most recently, I’ve focused on fractional ownership opportunities—enabling clients to invest in second homes and rental properties without taking on additional debt, while still benefiting from rental income, property appreciation, tax advantages and 1031 exchanges.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me mountain biking, boating, sailing, scuba diving, hiking, traveling, exploring new restaurants, or enjoying live entertainment.
